Planly 3D terms of use

Planly 3D tours are made and managed by RITOLD OÜ (registry code 16402166). These terms apply to every Planly 3D tour, the demo tours included, unless the offer says otherwise. In force from 22 October 2026. The Estonian text prevails.

What belongs to the client

The plans, photos, texts, prices and trademarks the client gave us for the tour remain the client’s. We use them only to make the client’s tour.

What stays ours

The Planly 3D viewer (the software that shows the tour in the browser), the 3D models, lighting, textures, the furniture planner and the tools used to make them belong to RITOLD OÜ. The client gets the right to use the tour to sell and present their project, for as long as agreed in the offer.

Where the tour runs

The tour runs at planly.ee/t/… and on the websites named in the tour’s licence (for example the client’s project page where it is embedded). At an unlicensed address the tour shows a “licence missing” notice. If the tour is handed over as files for the client’s own server, the licence covers only the agreed addresses.

What is not allowed

The tour, the viewer and the 3D models may not be copied to other sites or projects, resold, modified or reverse-engineered, or used to create a similar service without our written consent. Tour files are licensed for one project and the web addresses named in the licence, and may not be passed on to third parties, even free of charge.

Hosting

The first year of hosting on the planly.ee server is included; after that the yearly fee in the offer applies. When hosting ends, the tour can still be used on the client’s own server at the address named in the licence.

Liability

The tour is illustrative. Dimensions, materials and furnishings may differ from the finished home; the official information is in the sales documents. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the tour, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. Estonian law applies to these terms.
