Your data

Planly 3D is provided by RITOLD OÜ (registry code 16402166), contact person Risto Tõldsep. This page describes what we do with the data you send through planly.ee.

What we collect

What you write in the contact form or an email yourself: name, email, company and message. If you allow statistics cookies, Google Analytics also collects anonymous information on how the site and the demo tours are used (see “Cookies” below).

A contact form enquiry reaches us as an email through the Resend service, which delivers it and uses the data for nothing else.

What for

To answer your enquiry and make you an offer. We don’t sell or share the data with third parties.

How long

We keep correspondence for as long as it’s needed for working together or for bookkeeping. If you’d like us to delete your data, write to hello@rixio.ee.

Demo tours

The demo tours open only when you press “Start 3D tour”. A tour doesn’t ask for personal data. If you’ve allowed statistics cookies, a demo tour tells Google Analytics which of its features were used (for example the furniture planner or switching between day and night). Clients’ tours that run on their own websites don’t use Google Analytics.

Viewing statistics

The 3D tours and apartment pickers on the planly.ee server count anonymously how they are used: opening, starting the tour, the furniture planner, the enquiry button and a sent enquiry, time on screen, and the flat number when the tour was opened from a building’s apartment picker. No cookies are used for this and nothing is stored on your device. IP addresses and device details are not logged. The developer or property owner gets a monthly summary of these numbers. The data is deleted after 12 months.

Personal demo links

If we sent you a demo link ending in ?ref= and your company’s tag, we record when the link was opened, whether the tour was started, whether you tried the furniture planner or the enquiry button, and how long the tour was on screen. That way we know whether the offer arrived. We use no cookies for this and don’t log IP addresses or device details. The data is deleted after 12 months. If you’d rather not, remove the ?ref= part from the link: the visit then only goes into the anonymous viewing statistics.

Cookies

The necessary cookie remembers your cookie choice. Statistics and marketing cookies are only added if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Ltd. We use Google’s Consent Mode v2: without consent Google Analytics doesn’t start. The data is kept for 14 months and isn’t used to personalise ads.
